Dorothea (Dee) Dawkins-Haigler dedicates her life to public service through her role as an ordained minister and pastor, college educator, community activist, and political strategist. Dee recently completed her fourth term as a Georgia State Representative in House District 91, which covers parts of DeKalb and Rockdale counties which covers the cities of Conyers and Lithonia.
