Rebecca Thompson International is a Black, queer, womxn owned and operated boutique executive coaching firm dedicated to inspiring, empowering and supporting high-achieving Black womxn to transform their lives and communities from the inside out. We do this by delivering top-notch virtual coaching programs, retreats, online communities, and courses.

We have a bold vision for 2022 and beyond. 

Our approach is uniquely and intentionally focused on both the inner work (i.e. mindset, overcoming Imposter Syndrome) as well as the outer work (i.e. improving professional development and leadership skills). We select our clients with intention and seek partnerships with progressive organizations that center the voices of the most marginalized, especially Black womxn. With 15 years of experience in the progressive movement, non-profit industrial complex, and local government, we’ve seen it all. We specialize in daydreaming, radically reimagining what’s possible, and deep listening. Past clients include the Congressional Black Caucus Institute, Higher Heights for America, Michigan State Voices, Mothering Justice, Reflective Democracy Campaign/Women Donors Network, Planned Parenthood and numerous others.
