Meet Tishaura:
Treasurer Tishaura O. Jones is the chief investment and cash management officer for the City of St. Louis. She is the first woman to hold this office in the city’s history. Prior to becoming Treasurer, Tishaura established a track record of leadership in the Missouri House of Representatives, serving from 2009-2013. As Treasurer, she established the Office of Financial Empowerment in City Hall and the College Kids Children’s Savings Account Program.
